Our Designer team classifies each design based on the overall project requirements, rather than any single criterion. The final price will be confirmed after the technical assessment is completed.
Each category includes both simple and complex designs, with pricing determined based on the evaluation criteria above. The images below are for reference only and can be replaced with your own designs.
From simple linework with minimal intersections to detailed portrait line art with dense hair or fur.
From standard fonts to delicate scripts, small serifs, intricate flourishes, and multi-line text.
From basic text or icon-based logos to mascots, multi-layered crests and badges with gradients.
From patches with clear satin stitch borders to cap designs with extensive fills and intricate details near the seams.
From a single flower to layered bouquets with multiple petals, leaves, and overlapping elements.
From a single pet with a clear reference photo to multiple pets with curly or long fur and a high level of likeness.
From a single-person silhouette to multiple subjects, blurry or old photos, pose changes, and outfit changes.
From minor edits that preserve the original composition to fully redrawn designs based on printed artwork or watercolor.
ClickUp is the official channel for recording all order information. Any changes to the order are considered official only once they have been updated in ClickUp.
After the initial discussion via Zalo, Facebook, Telegram, or other communication channels, the design request is recorded on ClickUp.
The Customer can create a ClickUp Task using the provided template, or the Sales team can assist in creating the task based on the agreed requirements.
After receiving all the necessary information, the Design Team will assess the complexity of the design and provide a quotation based on the Company's pricing structure, including:
Completion Time:
The quotation and estimated completion time will be updated directly on ClickUp.
After the Designer updates the unit price, estimated completion time, and other relevant information on ClickUp, the Customer reviews and confirms the order.
Once the Customer confirms their agreement with:
→ The Designer will begin working on the design according to the agreed-upon requirements.
Note: Any changes or additional requirements made after the order has been confirmed will be reassessed by the Company in terms of workload, cost, and completion time. Such changes will only be implemented after they have been updated and reconfirmed on ClickUp.
The Designer proceeds with the design according to the requirements mutually confirmed by both parties on ClickUp.
Once the design is completed, the Designer sends a preview for the Customer to review and provide feedback.
Revision Policy:
Note: If the design is completed incorrectly or does not comply with the requirements originally agreed upon, the Company will make the necessary corrections free of charge, and such corrections will not count toward the revision limit.
Once both parties have agreed on the finalized design:
The order is marked as “Completed” on ClickUp and archived for future reference, reuse, or handling of any subsequent requests.
